30. Jay Howard, DE, 6-3, 235, Orlando (Jones)
Howard has all the tools as a natural pass rusher. He had a strong junior season and he's still learning the game. His best days are way ahead of him.
29. Elvis Fisher, OL, 6-5, 310, St. Petersburg (Catholic)
An underrated offensive line prospect who has all the tools you look for in a lineman, Fisher has size, strength, smarts, and athleticism. He dominated the 2A competition last season and was the top offensive lineman at either of the Scout.com All-American Combines in Florida this year.
28. Linval Joseph, DT, 6-6, 310, Alachua (Santa Fe)
Joseph's a two-way player who moves very well for a player his size. He also went to states in track and weightlifting. He's one of the most talented big men in the state.
27. Travaris Cadet, WR, 6-1, 195, Miami (Central)
He plays quarterback now but he grades out best as a wide receiver. He could probably become a solid Div 1 quarterback somewhere but he has the tools to be an NFL wide receiver one day.
26. Chris Rainey, RB, 5-9, 160, Lakeland
A lot of people are concerned about his size and durability issues but Rainey is Mr. Explosiveness. He is one of the state's fastest recruits and can also be an impact player in the return game.
25. Tarus McKinley, WR, 5-9, 165, Belle Glade (Glades Central)
He's not the biggest or fastest receiver around but McKinley plays with exceptional strength and he runs excellent routes and catches everything close. He plays in Deonte Thompson's shadow but actually had the better year of the two in 05.
24. Enrique Davis, RB, 6-0, 215, Lynn Haven (Mosley)
He might not have the natural running instincts as some of the top guys but his combination of size, speed, strength, and production is extremely impressive.
23. Josh Bynes, LB, 6-2, 220, Lauderdale Lakes (Boyd Anderson)
He's not the fastest guy around but he's always around the ball. He had close to 15 tackles a game last season. He can plug holes as well as any linebacker in this year's class.
22. Tim Lamb, DT, 6-0, 315, Tallahassee (Lincoln)
He's not real tall but he wins with strength and leverage. His quickness for a kid his size is incredible. He's an ideal two-gap prospect who can become be a big time run stopper.
21. Kamar Aiken, WR, 6-1, 200, Hollywood (Chaminade)
One of the most athletically gifted players in this year's class, Aiken could project on either side of the ball. He caught 10 balls last year and four of them went for touchdowns. He's very active on defense too.
