It's September 1st and that means recruiting will be kicked up a notch. On this day coaches can begin to call prospects and officially offer juniors written scholarships. With that being said here are 100 juniors to watch.

It seems that each season recruiting and commitments begin to pick up earlier and earlier. This season is no different. However, today is September 1st and that means college coaches can begin to call prospects and also offer juniors (Class of 2008). So that means things are going to pick up even more.
