Florida DL Has Decision In Mind
"We finished the season at 7-2 but didn't make the playoffs," Ojomo said. "It's a tough district with Central and Northwestern. We should have beaten Central but we're done now." The standout defender, 6-foot-4 and 220 pounds, talked about the season he had. "I had a good year," he said. "I had a lot of tackles. My sack numbers were down some. I had four but I made something happen on all four of them. Three of them caused fumbles and one caused an interception." Ojomo, who is now playing basketball, is now turning his focus to the recruiting process. He's already taken official visits to N.C. State and Pittsburgh and says he's got things down to two. "I'm done with visits," he said. "I won't be taking any more. I already know where I wanna go. It's either Miami or N.C. State. I'm just waiting to announce it." The standout defensive end talked about what went into his decision-making process. "Basically, it's where I felt most comfortable," he said. "I've been to both places. I wanna play early and distance didn't really matter. I've already talked about it with the coaches, they know what's going on." Stay tuned to Scout.com for the latest on Ojomo, who will re-take the SAT in early December.
