ScoutTV: 2008 Ohio QB Domonick Britt

Ohio has historically produced quality division one quarterbacks. This year former Ohio prep stars Troy Smith and Brady Quinn are probably the two premier players in college football and will undoubtedly finish No.1 and No.2 in the Heisman voting. It may be too early to put Domonick Britt on a similar level, but he has the message board communities buzzing about his potential.

Domonick Britt, a 6-foot-5, 180-pound quarterback from Trotwood-Madison High in Ohio is a dual threat quarterback that can hurt you running or passing.

As a junior he threw for 2,889 yards and 21 scores and added an additional 1,046 yards and nine scores on the ground.

Britt has received an offer to attend Kent State and has caught the eye of a number of high profile football programs like Ohio State, Texas, Florida State and USC.

He is a raw athlete at the quarterback position that will have to continue to work hard on the field and in the weight room to earn the major scholarship offers, but it is easy to see in the ScoutTV presentation that he has a load of potential.
