Noel Devine is arguably the most exciting football player I've seen in my five years of being a Scout in the field. He wasn't going to be in the U.S. Army Game, but a last minute decision has changed that. He will be a member of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, and he will arrive tomorrow.

Noel Devine is a player that looks like the road runner on film, and it will be interesting to see how he does against a team of All-Americans. Fans of Florida High School football have questioned his level of competition, but there will be no question about his competition this week.

The East will sport an impressive thunder and lightning duo. Broderick Green and Robert Hughes will provide the Thunder, and Noel Devine and Chris Rainey will provide the Lightning.
