Robert Hughes, a 5-foot-11, 225-pound running back from Hubbard High in Chicago, Ill. has been one of the most coveted prospects in the Midwest this year.

He has racked up an abundance of top scholarship offers, but Wisconsin, Illinois, and Notre Dame have separated themselves from the rest of the pack.
