One on One with Noel Devine

San Antonio, Texas - An internet legend the minute his highlight tape surfaced three years ago, Noel Devine is almost as elusive off the field as he is off the field, but Scout.com caught up with the Army All-American for a one on one interview.

Noel Devine's name first surfaced in 2003 when the then freshman had moves that made watchers wonder if the video was authentic or if it was a digital graphic imposed on a football field.

Since that time, there has been a lot of talk about Devine, but not a lot of talk with Devine.
