Salt Lake City (Utah) Cottonwood defensive tackle Simi Fili (6-4, 315) had narrowed his three finalists down to Washington State, Oregon and hometown Utah.

On Saturday, Simi Fili put on an Oregon hat, giving the Ducks a commitment during the U.S. Army All-American Game.

Fili, who had been the heart and soul of the West this week, gives the Ducks its second commitment from an Army All-American, joining fellow defensive tackle Myles Wade, who verballed to the Ducks during the summer.

The top-ranked player in the state of Utah and a four-star prospect by Scout.com, Fili follows another Beehive State native who went to Oregon, Haloti Ngata.
