Linebacker Earl Patin has two more official visits lined up. He will trip to Tuscaloosa this…
Three-Star LB Says What'll Be Important
With a visit to Nebraska under his belt, Earl Patin has two big recruiting weekends coming up. First, he'll be at Alabama this weekend and that'll be followed by a visit to Miami on Super Bowl weekend. "I'm looking how the academics are, how the student athletes graduate and what the graduation rates are, and how much playing time I'm going to be getting there," he said. "Playing time will be really important. I'm going to be looking at a lot of things." With two other talented teammates being recruited nationally (Chad Jones and Frank Alexander), might there be a package deal? "We've talked about going to school with each other," he said. "That'll be a big factor too, especially with Frank, because he and I have been together forever. If we both like a school, we'll probably end up going there together." Patin, who also has interest in West Virginia and Tulane but likely wont visit those two schools, said one school is recruiting him a little harder than the others. "The school that's been recruiting me the hardest would be Alabama," he said. "Alabama or Tulane." Raul Tano contributed to this report.
