California 2007 Final Rankings: OLs

A deep and talented group of offensive lineman head the California rankings in the class of 2007...

It's fitting that in a strong year for offensive lineman in the Golden State that the Golden Bears have put together one of the best line classes in the country, with five commits. They have at least one of the top two at each position and cleaned house at guard, getting three of the top four. Coleman and DeMartinis are the class of the lineman in SoCal this year with Summers-Gavin and Dever the top in NorCal and Cheadle being Central California's top-rated prospect.

OFFENSIVE TACKLES:

1. Martin Coleman, 6-6, 290, Huntington Beach (Calif.) Edison
Committed to: USC
Still learning the game of football but upside is off the charts.

2. Sam DeMartinis, 6-6, 270, Sherman Oaks (Calif.) Notre Dame
Committed to: California
One of the most decorated and polished lineman to come out of the Southland in years.

3. Darrion Weems, 6-5, 265, Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft
Committed to: Oregon
Weems has been a big part of Taft's vaunted offense the past two seasons.

4. Taylor Dever, 6-6, 300, Grass Valley (Calif.) Nevada Union
Committed to: Notre Dame
Went from unknown to hotly pursued after strong senior year.

5. Tyler Mabry, 6-7, 299, San Diego (Calif.) Francis Parker- Stanford
Committed to: Stanford
The top offensive lineman in San Diego this past season.

Committed to: Oregon
May be the most versatile lineman in this class.

3. Justin Cheadle, 6-5, 257, Bakersfield (Calif.)
Committed to: California
One of the most athletic lineman in the nation.

4. Mitchell Schwartz, 6-5, 303, Palisades (Calif.)
Committed to: California
No longer in brother's shadow, Schwartz made a name for himself with excellent senior year.

5. Mike Harris, 6-5, 300, Duarte (Calif.)
Committed to: UCLA
Could play tackle or guard at the next level.

May end up at guard for the Broncos, but we think center's where he could excel.
