After being committed to Oklahoma State twice and Oklahoma once before Norman, Oklahoma cornerback Ryan Broyles faxed in his letter of intent to play with the Sooners, just before 11 a.m. central time.
The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Broyles was one of the most interesting stories of the recruiting season.
Broyles is ranked as the nation's No. 23 cornerback prospect by Scout.com.
Less than one week ago, Broyles had this to say about his re-commitment to Oklahoma State.
"My heart was always with Oklahoma State," Broyles said Thursday night, "but when I got back from my visit and talked to some friends and the OU coaches I got a little confused, and started thinking about how it might be good to go to Oklahoma. Over the last few days my head has cleared and I realize that Oklahoma State is where I really where I need to be."
There was speculation all week as to whether Broyles commitment to Cowboys was solid and apparently the speculation was warranted as he inked with the Sooners on Wedenesday.
