Austin OL has offers
The class of 2007 in the state of Texas was extremely deep on offensive lineman, but the class of 2008 appears as though it will rival it. One of the state's best is Austin, Texas offensive tackle Mark Buchanan, who has already picked up several offers. "I have offers from Virginia, Duke, Baylor and Oklahoma State," Buchanan said. "Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Texas, LSU, Texas Tech, Nebraska and Ole Miss are all showing me interest." The 6-foot-5, 270-pound Buchanan, has already attended one junior day and will attend another in the very near future. "I went to Texas A&M's junior day a couple of weekends ago," Buchanan said. "I talked to coach Fran and he said that they have already committed four offensive lineman and that they want two more. He said that I might be one of those guys. I am going to be going to the Texas junior day this weekend." As a junior Buchanan was named an all-district and all Cen-Tex selection. "Right now I would say that Texas is my top school," Buchanan said. "I also like LSU, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Virginia and Arizona state. I am looking for a well-rounded school with a good social aspect. I want to go to a school that has a good business school and a great football program."
