Western Pennsylvania is known as the cradle of quarterbacks, but Terrelle Pryor is not your typical Dan Marino, Joe Montana or Jim Kelly type of a quarterback. The 6-foot-6, 215 pound athlete is the top player in the state and in the East Region. Pryor has drawn comparisions to a former Texas Longhorn Vince Young.
"Pryor has that 'wow' factor," Scout.com East Manager Bob Lichtenfels said. "Pryor is as close to Vince Young as we will see in this state. He is the most athletic prospect that I have seen in the area since North Hills star Lavar Arrington."
If Pryor doesn't work out as a quarterback he can also play wide receiver, tight end, defensive end or safety. The Jeannette Jayhawk is also a five-star basketball prospect.

WILL HILL
Jersey City, N.J. athlete Will Hill is an athletic quarterback who will likely end up in the secondary at the next level and he takes the second spot in the East 100. At 6-2, 195-pounds Hill is one of the regions most versatile athletes and holds offers from coast-to-coast. "Hill is just so smooth on the gridiron," Lichtenfels said. "He is a very smart player in the secondary and almost looks like he reads the quarterbacks mind before the quarterback does anything with the ball. I like him at safety, but he is capable of being a corner as well."

SHAYNE HALE
Monroeville, Pa. linebacker Shayne Hale may have the most upside of any prospect on this list. The Gateway Gator measures in at an impressive 6-4 and 235 pounds. He runs a 4.6 forty and benches over 350 pounds. He has accumulated over 30 offers at this point.
"I can't wait to see this kid get to college with defensive linemen in front of him to fend of blockers and see him in open space," Lichtenfels said. "He runs sideline-to-sideline as well as anyone and when he hits people he blows them up."
On Wednesday Scout.com will release the Southwest Top 100 and the Midlands Top 50.
