PIAA is pleased to present the 3rd Annual Football Coaches Clinic on May 18, at the East West Center, Hawaii Imin International Conference Center. The event is open to all coaches at the local high school and youth level.

Confirmed to present instruction at the clinic are Head Coach Karl Dorrell, UCLA; Ron Powlus, one of the most decorated QB’s in Notre Dame history and current QB coach for Notre Dame; Wes Suan and Jeff Reinebold, U of Hawaii; Chris Tormey, U of Washington; former UH Warrior Dino Babers of UCLA; former Kailua Surfrider Tim Bowman of Western Oregon; Ken Delgado, California; Jonathan Heimbach, San Diego State; Andy Buh, Stanford University; Kalani Sitake, Utah; Andy Siegal, College of the Sequoias; Will Martin, College of the Desert; John Bartlett, Western Oregon; Derek Odum, Utah. More will be announced as they are confirmed.

There will be four sessions running concurrently, two defensive and two offensive sessions. The coaches will make their instruction relevant to the high school level. Speaking schedule is available online at www.pacificathleticalliance.com

The cost of the session if registered by May 10 is $35 per coach or $30 per coach for members of the Athletic Directors and Coaches Association. Late registration or at the door: $45/$40 for ADCA members. Discounts available for large groups. Light pupus and refreshments will be provided.

May 19: 6th Annual PIAA/Scout.com Football Camp, Saint Louis School, 9:00 am: In our 6th Big Year! Formerly the PIAA/Scout.com Football Combine, we have adjusted the event to meet new NCAA rules which prohibit college coaches from attending combines anywhere or anytime. In addition to coaches listed above for the clinic, confirmed colleges include Tennessee, Arizona, BYU, Idaho State, Weber State, and we are expecting more. The camp is exclusive to class of 2008 & 2009. All local high school coaches have been provided with forms for their athletes. Students should inquire of their coaches or AD’s if they are interested or contact PIAA. Camp Directors: Darnell Arceneaux and Eddie Klaneski.
