Florida TE Lands 2nd Offer
Sean Stackhouse landed an early scholarship offer from the University of Miami before going through the entire month of May without a new one. He added No. 2 earlier this week. "I just got offered by Kentucky," Stackhouse said. "I am real happy about that. They got all the brand new facilities and they were already on my list of favorites." Stackhouse, 6-foot-3 and 245 pounds, was hoping to pick up a few offers during what he thought was a good spring. "Spring went great," he said. "We did good in our spring games and I played well. A lot of coaches came out to watch us." The talented tight end recently took an unofficial visit to Georgia Tech as well. "We all went down there," he said. "I liked the area and pretty much everything about it. They're on my list but havent offered yet. I've been talking to Maryland a lot and Minnesota too." Miami offered him early but hasn't been in contact in recent weeks. "I haven't talked to them recently," he said. "I'm not sure what's going on there but I still have that offer." Stackhouse was planning on going to camp at Florida but summer school got in the way of those plans. "For now, I'm just gonna wait and see what happens, see who all's interested," he said.
