Wolverine fans had hoped Lemont, Illinois offensive tackle Graham Pocis would be a Michigan Camper…
Illinois OL Has Final Four
Graham Pocic has a very impressive offer sheet. The Lemont, Ill. standout is one of the top line prospects in the entire Midwest Region and he's enjoying the summer. "I've been enjoying the summer so far," Pocic said. "Our team camp starts next week so I'm excited about that. I'm not sure if I'll be playing both ways this season because my coach wants us to stay fresh." Pocic, 6-foot-6 and 315 pounds, talked about his plans for a position in college. "I'll probably start out at right tackle," he said. "I may get moved to left tackle though. That's what a lot of coaches are saying because of my athletic ability. I am big and athletic and love getting downfield and hitting linebackers and safeties." The talented big man recently took an unofficial visit to the University of Florida. "I just got back from there," he said. "The facilities down there are amazing. The coaches are great and I had a great visit. I'm looking to get to a few more schools later this summer." Pocic was planning on attending Michigan's upcoming camp but an illness in the family may cancel those plans. He does have the Wolverines in his final four. "I got it down to four," he said. "They are Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida. I'm very comfortable with those four and I have a lot of interest in all of them. I'm hoping to have a final decision by next month sometime." Pocic knows what he'll be looking for in a college. "I wanna play so playing time, that's important," he said. "Second, I wanna play for good coaches and third is finding a school with a good strength and conditioning coach." Inside the classroom, Pocic carries a 2.75 GPA and a 23 ACT score.
