Randy Bullock a kicker from Klein High in Texas was one of the top kickers at the Chris Sailer kicking camp earlier this summer, and shortly following the event he received an offer from TCU. Schools like LSU and Florida are still saying that he could potentially see an offer from them. In this episode of ScoutTV he discusses those interests as well as his appreciation for the camp.
