David Whitmore Video Interview

David Whitmore made a commitment to attend Nebraska shortly after receiving a scholarship offer. He has since been laying low on the radar, but Scout.com was able to catch up with him briefly during the Texas Seven-on-Seven State Championship.

David Whitmore, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound defensive back from Port Arthur Memorial High in Texas has not been the most talked about name in recruiting, but he has some serious talent. He also has nice size and the right amount of attitude that most great defensive back prospect’s need to be successful.

Whitmore had an impressive junior campaign, recording almost 40 solo tackles, 13 pass break-ups and two interceptions.
