Jonathan Gimm as a mean and nasty blocker in the trenches for Houston Westfield who dominates with a powerful running attack. Here is a look at Gimm during his junior season as he mows down defenders and opens up huge holes for the running backs.

Iowa commitment Jonathan Gimm, a 6-foot-2, 230-pound tight end from Westfield high in Houston, Texas is as good of blocking tight end that you will find, but on the combine and camp circuit this summer he proved that he can catch the ball as well.

As a junior, Gimm was used primarily as a blocking tight end. He had over 130 pancakes on the season averaging 18 pancakes a game. He hauled in five receptions for 45 yards. Gimm earned first team All-District honors.
