"I'm a little behind schedule because I still don't have any favorites," Brandon Harris said. "I think I'm just gonna wait and see who I like the most during the season and who I seem to have the best relationship with and try to visit those schools." Although he denies a favorite, Harris says he likes Miami, Florida, Ohio State, Oklahoma and LSU. "They are all schools I'd like to visit..."

Brandon Harris, the 5-foot-10, 175-pound, four-star cornerback from Booker T. Washington High School in Miami, Fla., has around 30 scholarships but says he still hasn't narrowed things down yet.

"I'm a little behind schedule because I still don't have any favorites," Harris said. "I think I'm just gonna wait and see who I like the most during the season and who I seem to have the best relationship with and try to visit those schools."

Although he denies a favorite, he says he likes Miami, Florida, Ohio State, Oklahoma and LSU. "They are all schools I'd like to visit, but they aren't the only ones," Harris said. "I haven't narrowed it down yet."

Harris, ranked No. 53 in the Southeast by Scout.com and also slotted at No. 10 among cornerbacks nationally, attended camps at Miami, Florida, Rutgers and Florida International.

He says the 'Canes are recruiting him the hardest. "They just keep on me a lot," he said. "It's constant contact with them and they seem to really want to build a relationship with me. I like how competitive the program is and the new coaches have brought in a lot of energy."

Citing Miami's proximity, Harris says he'll probably attend several of their home games.

He may also try to get out to a Florida game as well. "I think they'll make a run to repeat as national champions," Harris said. "They have the talent and the style to win. They should be great.

"LSU also has a really strong team and are an exciting program. They play in the toughest conference in college football and keep reloading and are always in position to win a championship."

Another team that Harris believes has a good shot to win it all this year is Ohio State. "I like the coaches a lot," he said. "They came down to my school during the spring and I just really like how they run things there. They have a lot to offer and told me I'd have a chance to do big things."

One school that Harris admits he's strongly considering setting up an official visit with is Oklahoma. "They are a great school and are recruiting me hard," he said. "I'd like to visit them and see what it's like for myself. They always seem to have guys in the NFL and are also always playing for the championship.

"I know they just got into a little trouble with the NCAA, but I don't think that will have much affect on recruiting or anything. The coaches seem to have everything together and are handling things well. I trust them."

Booker T. Washington High School travels to South Carolina for their first game on August 25 against Summerville.

He reports a 3.6 core GPA and a 880 SAT and 20 ACT.
