Last week, San Jose (Calif.) Archbishop Mitty running back Kennith Jackson (6-0, 226), picked up his first scholarship offer, when UNLV threw their hat in the ring.

Last year, though, was where Jackson began to make a name for himself, rushing for 853 yards (5.7 ypc) and 11 touchdowns in 2006 for the Monarchs.
