Triglia, 6-foot-3 and 235 pounds, was asked to evaluate his own play so far this season.
"I'm doing good," he said. "Blocking a lot. I had a 76-yard touchdown when we went down to Miami. That was good. I'm getting more involved in the passing game this season."
On the recruiting front, Triglia is getting close to setting up some official visits.
"I haven't done that yet but I'll be doing it probably within the next week or so," he said. "I've been talking to Georgia Tech and they've offered me. I've been talking to Illinois and Arkansas State and they both have offered."
Two other schools appear close to offering, according to the talented tight end.
"USF and Ole Miss are supposed to be offering soon," he said. "They just wanna see me in person. I was supposed to go up to Ole Miss this weekend but I had to take the SAT on Saturday. They wanna see me in person before offering like Georgia Tech and Illinois did. USF liked my film and want to see me in person. They invited me to their game against North Carolina."
Another option could be Wake Forest.
"I've been talking to them as well," he said. "I talk to them about once a week but they haven't offered yet."
When asked for a leader, Triglia declined to list one.
"I don't have one," he said. "My options are open to see what comes up. I really like Georgia Tech and Illinois because I've been there and I like the coaches and the academics at both places. THe biggest factor will be what I think about these schools when I go on my official visits."
