Koch Makes it Boise

Flower Mound high school definitely has it fair share of tight end prospects. James Hanna has committed to Oklahoma and Chandler Koch racked up about 10 offers before making his college decision.

Chandler Koch, a 6-foot-3, 220-pound tight end from Flower Mound High in Lewisville, Texas racked up offers from New Mexico, San Diego State, Air Force, Colorado, Colorado State and Houston, but in the end it was an offer from Boise State that was the most appealing.

“I am going to Boise,” Koch said shortly after Friday Nights contest with Fossil Ridge. “I committed about two weeks ago.”

As a junior, Koch had 13 catches for 224 yards and two touchdowns to earn All-District honors.
