Scout TV: Johnson Gains Offer, Takes Official

Chris Johnson helped lead Roman Catholic to a 31-7 win over Cardinal O’Hara on Friday night at Widener University in a big-time Philadelphia Catholic League showdown. We spoke with the signal caller after the game and found that he recently picked up an offer from Boston College and took his first official visit there last weekend.

Chris Johnson completed 7 of 14 passes for 175 yards and two touchdowns and also added two more scores on the ground as his Roman Catholic squad picked up yet another win on Friday night. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound quarterback also had a great game on the defensive side of the ball at safety, notching three tackles, breaking up two passes and intercepting a pass in the game. Johnson currently holds offers from Boston College and Buffalo and spoke about both schools with us during a post game interview.
