Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) cornerback Arteze Spicer has been a big part of the Cougars efforts on both sides of the ball.

Spicer has been steady at cornerback, both in run and pass coverage, and offensively, he's averaging 103.5 yards a game. Against West Covina, Spicer rushed for a career best 271 yards and four touchdowns.
