Long Beach (Calif.) Poly safety Herman Davidson may have been overshadowed by teammate Vaughn Telemaque early on, but in the Glenville game at the Kirk Herbstreit Challenge, Davidson served notice that the Jackrabbits had a safety tandem to be wary of.

Davidson is having a big senior year teaming with Telemaque, having recorded 53 tackles and four interceptions to help the Jackrabbits to an 8-1 record and the 2007 Moore League title, and a potential top-seed in the CIF Pac-5 Playoffs.

With offers from San Diego State and North Carolina already in, Davidson is also hearing from Boise State, Michigan and Oregon. He officially visited North Carolina this past weekend.
