San Jose State went the JC route to get one of the nation's best longsnappers, and he won't have to make a long trek to get there, coming down the 101 from CC of San Francisco...

City College of San Francisco long snapper Matt Wigley (6-1, 225), has made his college decision.

"Matt has accepted a full ride scholarship to San Jose State," said Chris Rubio of Chris Sailer Kicking.

Wigley is ranked the #7 long snapper by Chris Sailer Kicking and Rubio is high on Wigley and commented about his skill at the position.

"Matt is a good snapper with a ton of potential. He improved a great deal in the short amount of time that I saw him. As long as he continues to work on his blocking and fine tunes all of the little things, he will be fine. Look for Matt to move up the rankings quickly. He could easily move into the top five in this class," said Rubio.

Wigley will have three years to play his two seasons of I-A football.
