Bryant Lavender Profile
The 5-11, 165 pounder put up some nice numbers in his junior season.
"I had 43 catches for 692 receiving yards and seven touchdowns," said Bryant.
Bryant claims he is not going to be extremely picky with his college choice, he is mainly looking for a place where he feels at home.
"The most important thing for me is to find a school that fits, one that is right for me," explained Lavender. "I am not too worried about being real close to home, but I am not sure if I want to go way away from home."
Lavender believes he has what college coaches are looking for, but he understands that he has a lot of room to improve.
"I run routes pretty well and I am good at catching the ball," said Bryant. "I know I can get better too. I am a good run blocker too."
After the turn of the year, Bryant plans to put in the time and effort to get his name and skill sets in front of college recruiters during the summer evaluation period.
"I would like to some camps this summer," said Lavender. "Last year we went USM and LSU for team camps, but I would like to go to some individual camps and combines this spring and summer."
