Corona (Calif.) Centennial quarterback Matt Scott is the best dual-threat quarterback in the West and the four-star prospect has had a big senior season.
Scott has thrown for 1,933 yards and 14 touchdowns in a ground-dominant offense, and has only played in the second half of a handful of games. He's rushed for 811 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground. Against Mater Dei, the Huskies lone loss, he rushed for 177 yards and threw for 178 yards.
