Michael Martens missed his senior season after suffering an MCL injury in the first game of the season and while it was not very severe, his high school is only able to play five games a season, so he will have to rely on his sophomore and junior film to grab offers from colleges. Martens recently supplied with a copy of his highlight film, wanting to show off the great speed he claims.

Michael Martens was recently timed in four heats of the 40-yard dash at Lake Superior State University, the closest place he can get to from his home of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, and he registered times of 4.29, 4.30, 4.30 and 4.33. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound Canadian speedster will be bringing his talents to the United States to play in Max Emfinger’s 2008 All-American Bowl Game Classic and is hearing from a number or programs including Notre Dame, Michigan, Texas, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Georgia, BYU and Clemson.
