Dartmouth High School made it all the way to the Massachusetts Super Bowl against nationally ranked Everett High School, but fell short in overtime, losing by a final score of 36-28 in what is being called one of the greatest games in the history of Massachusetts high school football. Senior Jordan Todman led the way for Dartmouth with an excellent game and has now picked up his third offer. | |||

In the final game of his high school career, North Dartmouth, Mass., native Jordan Todman piled up 199 yards and two touchdowns on 19 attempts to go along with a 52-yard reception on the offensive side of the ball. The 5-foot-9.5, 180-pound athlete also made 15 tackles on defense in that game, making it an outstanding all around performance. “Jordan had a great game and finished the season with 2147 yards and 35 touchdowns on 187 carries,” Steve Cruz said. “That put his career total at 5803 yards, placing him second in Massachusetts history. He is up for the Boston Globe Player of the Year Award which he won last season and the Otto Graham Football Achievement Award, which goes to the areas’ best player.” “On the recruiting front Jordan now has offers from Connecticut, Purdue and Northeastern and is taking an official visit on September 8th to Connecticut to check things out,” Cruz explained. “He is also hearing from Louisville, Boise State and Boston College.” Todman played on both sides of the ball as a junior for Dartmouth, rushing for 2200 yards and 28 touchdowns on offense and intercepting four passes from his cornerback position. The 28 rushing touchdowns were not Todman's only scores however, as he returned three punts and two interceptions for touchdown as well. Todman was a first-team All-Scholastic and All-League member as a junior and was named the Boston Globe Division I Football Player of the Year. |
