Folsom (Calif.) quarterback Cary Grossart got some good news a week before Christmas, when his first two offers came through.
"Montana State offered Cary a scholarship and Northern Arizona offered," said Gail Grossart. "Montana saw his tape and they said there jumping up and down. Northern Arizona was the first to contact Cary and they have made two trips."
The offers come after Grossart completed an excellent senior season in which he threw for 3,046 yards and 22 touchdowns. Grossart also ran for 315 yards and six more scores.
He was 211-for-327 and had a QB rating of 109, averaging 304.6 yards a game. His best game was against Florin, when he threw for 422 yards and five touchdown passes.
As for NAU and Montana State, both schools are in the lead for Grossart's services.
"We are very impressed with both programs and they have dates for him to come visit in January," said Grossart.
Gail Grossart also said that Idaho State is getting involved and would like for him to take a visit, with an offer a possibility.
