South Pasadena (Calif.) linebacker David Allen first caught our eye at the B2G Elite Football Program in June, where he was an all-Sparta team member.

During Allen's senior season, he had 145 tackles, three sacks and an interception, leading the Rio Hondo League in tackles, and he was the third leading scorer in the league offensively as a TE/FB.
