Bisgard Reports on Montana State

Scottsdale (AZ) Saguaro DE Derek Bisgard has two visits under his belt and one more scheduled. Who is he favoring? When will he commit? Read more inside.

Scottsdale (AZ) Saguaro defensive end Derek Bisgard recently got back from an official visit to Montana State and he gives Scout.com the details.

"The visit was good. They are a strong 1AA school and it looks like they have a good program going," Bisgard says.

He adds, "I really like Coach Beck (defensive line coach that is the point man in Bisgard's recruiting)."

He tripped to Army the weekend prior and it seems that the Cadets have jumped out as favorites for his services.

"Army has much better facilities. They have the division-one factor. There was something about Army that I really enjoyed."

Although he has named a leader, Bisgard (6-1 255) is still not ready to make a commitment.

"I have not made my choice," he adds, "I am still tripping to Weber State (1/25)."

"I am not 100% positive but I might choise after I get back from Weber."

Weber State has yet to offer a scholarship but Bisgard is optimistic they will on his visit.

Air Force and Cal have been in contact recently but it looks like it may come down to the three schools mentioned above. Check back with Scout.com for more in the upcoming days.
