Gavin Hardin is one of the top prospects in the state of Tennessee this year and the four-star…
"I've already made my decision"
"I was supposed to go but I didn't make it," Gavin Hardin said of his scheduled visit to Ole Miss this weekend. "I got sick on Thursday and plus the roads got really bad because of the weather." Does that mean the talented linebacker prospect will head that way this coming weekend instead? "I don't know yet," he said. "I'll probably reschedule but I haven't made up my mind on that yet. I might go up this weekend. I might just try to relax instead." Hardin, 6-foot-3 and 245 pounds, talked about why he may have gotten sick. "I got sick right after I got back from Miami," he said. "I think it's because of the weather change. It was 80 when I was down there and the night I got home it was 18 here. That's crazy." Hardin, who met with Coach Houston Nutt in the middle of last week, said he's hoping Miami coach Randy Shannon comes this week. "I have to see with Coach Pannunzio if Coach Shannon comes," he said. "I hope so, that would be nice." With National Signing Day just around the corner, Hardin already has a decision. "I've already made up my mind," he said. "I know where I'm going. I just don't wanna announce anything until Signing Day. I'm real happy about my choice though."
