Mid-Week Visit Could Seal the Deal

Bobby Felder was one of the most productive defensive backs in the state of Mississippi as a junior. A solid senior season has brought a pair of college options, but a third offer may soon be in hand.

"Things are going pretty good," said Bobby. "I am going to Nicholls State this Thursday. I have already been to Northwestern State and Alcorn (State)."

A trio of schools appear to be pretty serious about Bobby.

"I have an offer from Northwestern and Valley, but I think I am about to get one from Nicholls," explained Felder.

With signing day just a week away, Felder has a good idea about where he would like to be.

"I am thinking hard about going to Nicholls," said Bobby. "I like the coaches there and my brother lives out that way. He lives there in Thibodaux."

Bobby's official visit is having to be made around his basketball schedule, but the abbreviated visit will not effect his decision.

"We have a big basketball game this Friday, so I have to be back for that," said Felder. "I think I will probably know where I am going then."
