The last few days of the recruiting process are upon the talented Davis. He is still considering his options. He recently received another option to consider.
"I am taking a visit to Nicholls State," said Akeem. "They have offered me too."
The Colonels are one of five schools that have offered including Alcorn State, Jackson State, Northern Illinois and UT-Martin.
Akeem will take his third official visit later this weekend.
"I went to UT-Martin two weeks ago," said Davis. "I am supposed to go to Alcorn on Saturday."
Akeem is patiently waiting to see if one of the many division one schools that showed interest in him earlier in the process will come back with an offer to sign before Wednesday.
"That's really about it for right now," said Davis. "I am going to try to wait until after signing day before I do something. I hope somebody comes in, but if they don't if I have to go with what I have to go with."
