9:51 pm EST: Uona Kaveinga picks USC, after being previously committed to UCLA and BYU. He's the last four-star prospect from the West Coast to make his decision. -- Brandon Huffman

9:40 pm EST: Herman Davidson stuck with the first BCS school to offer him and chose North Carolina. -- Brandon Huffman

9:12 pm EST: Despite a late surge following his official visit to Notre Dame, Milton Knox will sign with UCLA, where he's been committed to since June. -- Brandon Huffman

4:36 pm EST: In a mild surprise, one-time Boise State commit Thaddeus Brown spurned the Broncos, where he was set to play cornerback, and will sign with Nevada, where he'll play running back. -- Brandon Huffman

4:32 pm EST: Only three National 300 members from the West remain uncertain about where they're going, and they'll be announcing at 9 p.m. EST (6 p.m. locally) on FSN Prime Ticket.

Herman Davidson from Long Beach (Calif.) Poly will announce between North Carolina and Miami, Uona Kaveinga from Lawndale (Calif.) Leuzinger will pick between BYU and USC, with the Trojans making a late surge and Van Nuys (Calif.) Birmingham's Milton Knox will pick from UCLA, Florida and Notre Dame. A soft commit to the Bruins, Knox is going back and forth between the Fighting Irish and UCLA, with the Gators a distant third. -- Brandon Huffman

4:25 pm EST: The day turned around for Oregon just now when Hamani Stevens from Hemet (Calif.) chose the Ducks over a late surge from UCLA. -- Brandon Huffman

3:52 pm EST: Sam McGuffie is undecided. He is considering a de-commit to Texas A&M or California per the Houston Chronicle. Drama is not over for the day. Sedric Johnson sent his LOI to Iowa State to end his recruitment, he was committed to A&M as of last night.

All of Texas' LOIs are in, as are all of Houston's. A&M seems to be the only one with anything left out there in Texas. -- Alan Zepeda

3:07 pm EST: Rollin', rollin' rollin'... 'Bama keeps on rollin'. This is getting kind of redundant as Alabama gets another player it's been after. Scout.com's No. 3 weakside linebacker Jerrell Harris chose the Tide over Clemson, USC, and Auburn, among others. -- Scott Kennedy

2:28 pm EST: Deries Hodge did not qualify and will not sign a letter of intent with Illinois. Hodge has left Milford Academy and enrolled at Butler Community College in Kansas per Milford head coach Bill Chaplick. -- Bob Lichtenfels

2:15 pm EST: Check out the latest on Terrelle Pryor's decision not to decide on Signing Day.

2:08 pm EST: Got to give Rich Rodriguez credit for putting a solid class together at Michigan with late additions like Michael Shaw, Roy Roundtree, Ricky Barnum and Patrick Omameh. All four players were committed elsewhere a week ago and now all are headed to Ann Arbor.

Dr. Krop players Etienne Sabino (Ohio State), Travis Howard (Ohio State), Jorge Wright (West Virginia) and Gary Grant (N.C. State) have all signed letters of intent to their respective schools.

Dave Wannstedt has collected letters of intent from all 19 members of his class at Pittsburgh. The Panthers lost a late battle for Carol City/Miami athlete Robert Sands who chose West Virginia. -- Bob Lichtenfels

1:56 pm EST: In a surprise move, the Auburn Tigers inked running back Onterio McCalebb out of Florida to a Letter of Intent. Projected as a player heading to junior college after his senior season, Auburn wasn't expected to sign him to a letter today. -- Scott Kennedy

1:44 pm EST: Oklahoma quarterback Nathan Stanley wowed onlookers at a session of Arkansas Razorback camp and Houston Nutt informed him at that time if they had an opening at the position in the 2008 class he would be an instant offer type of player. Down the road coach Nutt resigned from his spot at U of A and took the job at Ole Miss where he was able to extend that offer to Stanley, and today the three-star quarterback made it official that he would be playing for the Rebels. –- Greg Powers

1:28 pm EST: Oklahoma State was able to lock down All-American athlete Kye Staley after he gave a hard look at the Arkansas Razorbacks. While it was widely believed that he would remain with OSU he threw a curve when he still scheduled a press conference to announce his intentions between the two programs. As a senior he rushed for around 1,400 yards and scored 41 total touchdowns. -- Greg Powers

1:25 pm EST: Did it surprise anyone that Julio Jones ended up committing to Alabama? It seemed as if even though the shy Jones did not want to go on the record, he was written off as going to Alabama since we first saw him as a rising junior at the Hoover passing tournament. Maybe people need to know some of the things that went on behind the scenes because Alabama had to fight tooth and nail against Florida State to get the signature today. -- Miller Safrit

1:22 pm EST: It has been confirmed that Trotwood-Madison running back Mike Shaw has made a commitment to Michigan. -- Greg Powers

1:22 pm EST: In a Signing Day surprise, Jamaar Jarrett, a commit to Oregon, faxed his letter of intent to Arizona State, and he'll be a Sun Devil instead of a Duck. -- Brandon Huffman

1:19 pm EST: Oklahoma State also pulled down a surprise commit from Jamal Mosley, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound tight end from Tenn., who selected OSU over offers from Kentucky, Ole Miss, Tennessee, West Virginia, and North Carolina. -- Greg Powers

1:15 pm EST: UCLA got an LOI from Antwon Moutra, significant because in the 11th hour, there was word that Moutra may be signing with Cal or Oregon. But in the end, he faxed his letter to UCLA. -- Brandon Huffman

1:10 pm EST: New Arkansas head man Bobby Petrino did a great job of securing commitments from some prospects who were sitting on the fence and taking a look at other schools, but the biggest indication that he is going to be an excellent recruiter for the Hogs was the fact that he has been able to convince prospects who were committed to other programs to come to Fayetteville. He has made it a point that he was going to keep up a strong recruiting base in the state of Arkansas.

The big news came when Joe Adams spurned USC to stay at home. Adams is a superior talent that could play corner or receiver on the next level. The news that Brian Christopher made a switch from Texas Tech to Arkansas may not be big news for a lot of recruiting fans, but those that saw his dominating performances at camp know the Hogs got a real steal. -- Greg Powers

1:09 pm EST: Brandon Harris just committed to Miami. There was a big push late for Ohio State, but in the end, he just did not want to leave his friends and family from nearby Booker T. Washington high school. -- Miller Safrit

12:55 pm EST: You've got to be happy for the Colorado Buffs after landing Scout.com's No. 1 RB, Darrell Scott. Family was a big factor here. The progam has been through such much and for Dan Hawkins to steal this type of Calif. talent is a big statement about his profile as the Colorado coach. Scott should help send the Buffalo program directly back to the elite levels it has enjoyed performing at before. -- Allen Wallace

12:51 pm EST: Colorado has a great recruiting class already, as they had secured commitments from two top Scout.com 100 members in Lynn Katoa and Jon Major, but the big news just came in that Darrell Scott would be a Buffalo, selecting them over the Texas Longhorns. Scott is a program-changing type of talent at running back and should make an immediate splash on the college scene in 2008. –- Greg Powers

12:46 pm EST: All of Texas Tech's LOI are in. They are done. Texas is waiting on Emmanuel Acho and Nolan Brewster to send in their LOI's and waiting on Darrell Scott.

Baylor is waiting on Tracey Robertson and Houston Lamar.

A&M is waiting on Sedric Johnson from Arp, who might be changing his commit to Iowa State. That would be a major coup for the Cyclones. -- Alan Zepeda

12:45 pm EST: Orhian Johnson from Boca Ciega High in Fla., is now all signed, sealed, and delivered to Ohio State. He will be brought in as an athlete, but it is believed that he will most likely be a safety for the Buckeyes. -- Greg Powers

12:41 pm EST: When running down the list of winners/losers on the day, Clemson HAS to be the first team mentioned. Clemson has cleaned up today with commitments from TE Dwayne Allen, OT Antoine McClain, and the south's top running back Jamie Harper. Getting the top running back in the south is becoming old hat for the Tigers as Clemson did the feat just two years ago with C.J. Spiller. -- Scott Kennedy

12:38 pm EST: Super Florida DB T.J. Bryant's decision to attend USC adds another wacky element to the start of USC's recruiting class. The Tallahassee Lincoln youngster was thought to be Florida State-bound. Makes you wonder how many other surprises the Trojans are in for today after reeling in DE Nicholas Perry from Michigan and losing WR Joe Adams to Arkansas. -- Allen Wallace

12:13 pm EST: In what can be considered a mild upset, Clemson pulled Scout.com's No. 8 offensive tackle Antoine McClain out of Anniston, Ala., and away from the Tide and Auburn. McClain's commitment moved Clemson to No. 12 in the rankings at the time. -- Scott Kennedy

12:13 pm EST: Brian Christopher from Arkansas has decommitted from Texas Tech and signed with Arkansas instead. Texas A&M is waiting on LOI paperwork from Sedric Johnson from Arp — no news from the high school. All other A&M commits have sent in their LOI except for Rod Davis, who will announce tonight. Texas is waiting on: Emmanuel Acho, Nolan Brewster, Desean Hales, Antoine Hicks, D.J. Monroe, Luke Poehlmann, Ryan Roberson. Taylor Cook from Rice Consolidated in Texas has sent his LOI to Miami. -- Alan Zepeda

11:55 am EST: Detroit defensive end Nick Perry's decision to attend USC over Michigan gives the Trojans two huge shocks early this morning. Losing Joe Adams to Arkansas and bringing in Perry reveal the bittersweet nature of the ups and downs recruiting fans get used to. Just shows we don't know what to expect on always surprised filled LOI Day. -- Allen Wallace

11:53 am EST: Hargrave Military Academy is arguably the top prep school in the country. The Tigers held their signing day party moments ago, and several of their top uncommitted prospects made their announcements. Running back Enrique Davis previously and Auburn commitment signed with Ole Miss; defensive end Quentin Coples signed with North Carolina, and defensive end Leon Mackey signed with Virginia Tech. -- Miller Safrit

11:53 am EST: USC steals the best player in the state of Michigan two years in a row. Last year was Ronald Johnson this year it is Nick Perry. Huge get for the Trojans landing the Detroit sackmaster. -- Bob Lichtenfels

11:49 am EST: Conflicting reports surfacing now that Michael Shaw may not have sent a LOI to Michigan. Shaw has a press conference set for 1:00 pm and may stay with Penn State. -- Bob Lichtenfels

11:47 am EST: Asst. coach Tony Hughes, who moved from Mississippi to Southern Miss from Ed Orgeron's staff, deserves a lot of credit for making this Golden Eagle effort nationally noteworthy. At least four to five kids followed Hughes to the Southern Miss program. Tony himself graduated from Southern Miss in 1980 and received a post grad degree in '85. -- Allen Wallace

11:46 am EST: Despite a last-minute visit to Arizona State and a push by Oregon, Compton (Calif.) defensive end Datone Jones will stay home, signing with UCLA just moments ago. -- Brandon Huffman

11:41 am EST: Five-star cornerback Brandon Harris is making his decision a little later today. He just arrived at his high school, according to a close source that just spoke with him. Harris’s cell phone has been bombarded from people trying to figure out what he will do. Brandon hasn’t answered the phone from anyone and can’t stomach any more confusion.

He will hook up with his teammates and then the folks from ESPN to see how things will go down at his 1 p.m. press conference. Harris, from Miami, Fla., says he is completely torn between Miami, LSU, Central Florida and Ohio State and still has not made up his mind. Stay tuned. -- Jamie Newberg

11:41 am EST: It's still early on the West Coast, but it's lready getting interesting for USC. While Joe Adams signed to play for his home-state Arkansas Razorbacks, the men of Troy simply added the top ranked player in the state of Michigan. Nick Perry, Scout.com's No. 5 ranked defensive end in the country has inked with the Trojans. -- Scott Kennedy

11:29 am EST: Here’s another huge switch and maybe the biggest of the day so far. Joe Adams has elected to sign with the home state Razorbacks over USC. Quietly, new Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino has assembled a good class under some trying curcumstances.

Arkansas has to be considered one of the huge surprises this recruiting season simply because of all the backlash Petrino received after the left the Falcons for the Razorbacks. Adams, from Little Rock, Ark., is a two-way standout at CB and WR. I know Joe was excited about the possibility of playing in that offense. He has a chance to be a special player.

In other news related to the Hogs I have learned that Khiry Battle will sign with Arkansas. Battle, from Dacula (Ga.), is a standout running back and safety. He was previously committed to Arkansas but opened things back up after the coaching change. Battle could be one of the real steals of this class. -- Jamie Newberg

11:28 am EST: Southern Miss has received five-star WR DeAndre Brown's LOI. -- Miller Safrit

11:28 am EST: Joe Adams just pulled a stunner, spurning USC, where he was a longtime commit, to sign with homestate Arkansas. -- Brandon Huffman

11:18 am EST: Darrell Scott is expected to announce at 10 a.m. PST. We're hearing that Colorado has made a major late push and now could be the recipient of his signature, when it looked like he was a done deal for Texas. This could be very interesting. Does the sway of playing with his uncle, Josh Smith, give the Buffs the clutch advantage? That's the big question. -- Brandon Huffman

11:11 am EST: Texas safety Martin Bayless won't be returning to the West Coast like he was planning to. Instead, he'll head to the Midwest, having sent his LOI to Northwestern.

11:01 am EST: Wow. Michael Shaw to Michigan. That’s big for the maize and blue. I think this kid is one of the better backs from that region and I think he’s a great fit for that offense.

There seems to be many kids out there who were committed to one school this morning but signed with another. Buchanan (MIA) and Barnum (MICH) don’t sign with UF, Moore (ND) doesn’t sign with A&M, Allen (CLEM) doesn’t sign with Georgia, etc. Goes to show you that nothing is ever set in stone until that LOI is signed and no one is immune to it. NO ONE. -– Jamie Newberg

11:01 am EST: Robert Quinn is the 19th ranked defensive end in the country from South Carolina. He was chose North Carolina today over a host of suitors. -- Miller Safrit

10:50 am EST: Mild upset as Hargrave defensive end Leon Mackey chooses Virginia Tech..Most of us were expecting North Carolina, but Mackey had a late change of heart. -- Bob Lichtenfels

10:49 am EST: As we had been hearing all morning, Dwayne Allen did follow up on the rumors of him going to Clemson. At a press conference at his school, Allen committed to the Tigers. In another upset, Lee Butler, a three-star Georgia Tech commitment, sent his letter of intent to Duke this morning.

The press conferences for Hargrave and Robert Quinn were pushed back 30 minutes each. -- Miller Safrit

10:48 am EST: The Michigan Wolverines pulled a shocker when they secured commitments away from Purdue and Michigan. Wide receiver Roy Roundtree, a tough nosed player who is not afraid to go over the middle, was previously committed to the Boilermakers and Michael Shaw, a ultra-exciting running back, was previously committed to Penn State. Look for more from these two commitments. -- Greg Powers

10:45 am EST: Tough blow for Penn State losing Michael Shaw. The Nittany Lions needed running backs and they were counting on him coming into the fold. It will be interesting to see if Joe Paterno has a back-up plan. -- Bob Lichtenfels

10:33 am EST: Ohio State entered national letter of intent day with 18 verbal commitments on their recruiting list and now all of those players have signed and faxed their papers in to the offices in Columbus. With those prospects cemented the Buckeyes are now waiting to see what Brandon Harris, Orhian Johnson, and Terrelle Pryor will do. It looks like Johnson is a done deal and will ink with the Buckeyes at press conference at 10:30 am. –- Greg Powers

10:27 am EST: Kapron Lewis-Moore signs with Notre Dame as the race for No. 1 in the Scout.com recruiting rankings narrows. -- Bob Lichtenfels

10:25 am EST: Former Oklahoma State commit Brandon Garrett has switched to Baylor while Kendall Wright has also sent his LOI to Baylor, he was previously committed to A&M. -- Alan Zepeda

10:24 am EST: Colorado Buffalo fans got a surprise this morning when the woke up to find that Rodney Stewart, a 5-foot-7, 170-pound athlete from Brookhaven High in Ohio had signed and faxed a letter of intent to play his football in Boulder. Previously off of the radar the speedster looks to come in and make a difference at wide receiver and on special teams. –- Greg Powers

10:13 am EST: Damian Square has signed with 'Bama. There were reports he was thinking of going back to Texas A&M but he has sent his LOI to the Tide. -- Alan Zepeda

10:09 am EST: E.J. Abrams-Ward just announced for Tennessee at a press conference moments ago. Huge pickup for what could be a big day for the Vols. -- Miller Safrit

10:09 am EST: Miami up to No. 2 in the team rankings with what they have done so far today. Will they catch Alabama? The Tide is still awaiting the decisions of several big end prospects like Julio Jones (WR), Jerrell Harris (LB), Marcel Dareus (DT), T.J. Bryant (CB), etc. If there are some shockers that don't go Alabama's way and if Miami closes with Brandon Harris (CB) and Jamie Harper (RB), this could get real interesting in a few hours. -- Jamie Newberg

10:03 am EST: Josh Jenkins is a huge pick-up for West Virginia and especially for . Just for perception you can't imaging the P.R. nightmare they'd have faced if they lose arguably the best prospect in the state in twenty years or more. In a big state you may get away with that, but in a small state you never live it down. Jenkins could be ready to play as a freshmen. He is a great athlete for an offensive lineman and he has that nastiness about him that you see in most good guards. -- Bob Lichtenfels

9:58 am EST: With Miami getting Ramon Buchanan and now Tommy Streeter they are making their way up the rankings. Don't be surprised if they push Alabama for the top spot, but they will likely end up No. 2.

What a year for both the Tide and 'Canes. It's interesting that Alabama, Miami, Notre Dame currently occupy three of the top four spots in our team rankings after not-so-good seasons (2007). Goes to show you that tradition and wanting to get back to the top goes a long way. -- Jamie Newberg

9:53 am EST: I am hearing some rumblings that five-star D-tackle Omar Hunter (Buford, Ga.) may not sign with Florida. Could it be Georgia? Don't know just yet and I'm trying to track this one down. This could be devastating to the Gators. -- Jamie Newberg

9:44 am EST: Miami Northwestern is always full of suspense on national signing day, and with six already committed to Miami the pressure was on for Ben Jones and Tommy Streeter if they wanted to go somewhere else. At a press conference moments ago, both committed to the Hurricanes. -– Miller Safrit

9:38 am EST: Just learned that DL Corey Luiget has signed with Illinois. Zook continues to impress. -- Jamie Newberg

9:31 am EST: We are hearing that Clemson could still end up being the final destination for tight end Dwayne Allen. Allen, originally committed to Georgia, held a press conference on Monday to announce he recommited to Georgia even though he was going to announce for Clemson as of the previous evening. Could be the biggest Signing Day surprise. -- Miller Safrit

9:31 am EST: Hearing that there is a great chance offensive guard Ricky Barnum will likely sign with Michigan over Florida. That means UF lost two today, if that happens, with Ramon Buchanan headed to Miami. -- Jamie Newberg

9:14 am EST: I have just learned from Melbourne (Fla.) Palm Bay head coach Dan Burke that Ramon Buchanan will sign today with Miami. Wow. The Canes are rolling. -- Jamie Newberg

9:14 am EST: Jermaine Thomas has toyed with the idea of potentially signing with LSU today, but we are hearing that he should have his letter of intent in to Florida State very soon and will stick with his original commitment to the Seminoles. -- Miller Safrit

9:06am EST: If you're Terrelle Pryor and you're truly torn, why sign today when you don't have to? Think about what kind of pressure Pryor has been under, especially the past few months. It's extraordinary. He is the top player in the country. His team goes deep into the playoffs and wins the state title (16-0). Terrelle goes right into basketball, which is very important to him.

Meanwhile, he is juggling school, recruiting and the life of being the nation's top prospect and the expectations that come with that. Meanwhile, he spent a week in San Antonio for the U.S. Army All-American game then right back into hoops.

Despite his hectic schedule, he managed two official visits (Ohio State and Michigan). Basically, he put his coaches, teammates, and hoops as a higher priority than recruiting.

Terrelle, if you are not ready, you have plenty of time beyond today to make your decision. Make the right one and be comfortable. Be true to yourself. This is your future. -- Jamie Newberg

9:02am EST: Texas City High athlete Johnny Thomas was a hot player coming down the stretch, and after making a commitment to Oklahoma State he took visits to schools like Arkansas, Mississippi, and Oregon State. Through it all the Cowboys remained in the driver’s seat and he has now made it official by signing a letter of intent with the Pokes. – Greg Powers

9:00am EST: Colleges are not sleeping on 2009 offensive line prospect John Martinez from Cottonwood High in Utah and his signing day has been as exciting as possible as both USC and LSU have stepped up to the plate with scholarship offers. –Greg Powers

8:55am EST: An interesting bit of news that surfaced this morning is Arkansas Razorback Ryan Mallett has petitioned the NCAA for immediate eligibility in the fall of 2008. While it is unknown at this time what the circumstances are behind the plea, it is pretty certain that 2008 quarterback commitments Tyler Wilson and Jim Youngblood have to be rooting that he is successful as it will create a possible extra year for them to hit the field. –Greg Powers

8:45am EST: Just got an interesting email from someone in the know regarding Ramon Buchanan (LB from Melbourne, Fla Palm Bay HS). Buchanan is truly torn between Florida and Miami. This one is a little surprising. Despite Buchanan committing early to UM before committing to UF, I thought he was headed to Gainesville all along just for the simple fact that the Gators do well at that school (Reggie Nelson, Mike Degory, Joe Cohen, James McGriff, etc.). This could one could turn towards Miami. Announcement scheduled at 1. - Jamie Newberg

8:42am EST: Texas could end up with a huge day if it gets Darrell Scott, the No. 1 running back in the nation, and Rod Davis, one of the top two defensive tackles in the state. Those are big ones to follow. Davis might wait until tonight to announce so his former head coach can be with him. -- Alan Zepeda

8:40am EST: Georgia All-American Keith Wells made an early commitment to play at Florida State but made the decision to back off of that verbal and made a re-commitment to Ohio State. Early this morning he became one of the first players to fax in his letter of intent, officially giving Ohio State a dominant speed rushing defensive end. With the early departure of Vernon Gholston to the NFL it seems like Wells could get a spot on the field as early as next season. – Greg Powers

8:36am EST: So much for the Deion Walker signing day surprise to Penn State as his letter-of-intent is now in to Notre Dame. The first big four-star uncommitted commitment is now in as North Carolina added a verbal from Christian Wilson. -- Miller Safrit

8:31 EST: Well, we are finally here, Super Wednesday. It's always a grind leading up to National Signing Day, but once we are here, it's exciting, intriguing and this day becomes a blur. One thing is certain, this is my 16th Signing Day and perhaps the most intriguing. Never before have so many prospects, especially the elite ones, have kept things so close to the vest. It's not even close. Terrelle Pryor looks like he won't sign, then you have players like Julio Jones (WR), Jamie Harper (RB), Brandon Harris (CB), Darrell Scott (RB), Jerrell Harris (LB), TJ Bryant (CB), Nicolas Perry (DE), Tommy Streeter (WR) where you have really no idea where they will sign. I even spoke to a number of coaches over the past few days that concur.

I think there will also be some surprises like DeAndre Brown (WR) to Southern Miss. (By the way, one SEC coach told me earlier this week that Brown will likely qualify. I hate how people sometimes make excuses for losing a kid to another school.) Don't be surprised if Brandon Harris doesn't sign with MIA. Could UCF pull off today's biggest shocker and land him? I was told late last night by one great source that he had an unreal visit to Central Florida last weekened. Another told me that as of 9pm last night Brandon had not made his decision and four schools (Miami, LSU, UCF, Ohio State) were all in it. Another upset could be Corey Liuget to South Florida. -- Jamie Newberg

8:28am EST: Hearing that Miami will get Tommy Streeter this morning at his press conference over South Carolina. -- Miller Safrit

8:26 EST: While most fans are worried about who is coming in for the class of 2008 Bob Stoops and his staff at Oklahoma have already turned their focus towards the class of 2009. Saturday they hosted their first Junior Day of the year and over 20 elite prospects stopped in to see what the Sooner program had to offer. The early focus is already paying immediate dividends as the racked up a commitment from Ronnell Lewis, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound athlete from Dewar, Okla. -– Greg Powers

8:23am EST: Florida commitment Ramon Buchanan took an official visit to Miami over the weekend and according to his coach Ramon is still torn between the two schools on signing day. His press conference is still expected to take place at 1pm this afternoon. -- Miller Safrit

8:11am EST: Dallas Thomas, an offensive lineman from Baton Rouge, La., plans to sign with Tennessee today, according to his head coach. The three-star offensive lineman could be the start of a big day today for the Vols, who really need to finish strong. -- Miller Safrit

7:51am EST: Antonio Wilson, who was a soft commitment to Vanderbilt signed with Georgia Tech this morning. Looks like the interesting things are already starting. -- Miller Safrit

7:30am EST: Josh Jenkins to West Virginia is a big get for the Mountaineers. Watching him narrow his list by cutting Florida State and then Ohio State adding a commitment earlier in the week, this seemed almost inevitable to happen. -- Miller Safrit

7:20am EST: Watching Mike Golic, Jr. and his father interact this morning while "Mikey" readied to sign his letter-of-intent really shows what this day is all about. As much as we want to talk about the teams and how they are stacking up the talent going into next year, in reality it is the realization of a scholarship offer by 2500 families across the country, many of whom would not be able to ordinarily afford the type of education these young men will receive. -- Miller Safrit

7:00am EST: Already, we are hearing some big news coming up later today as Enrique Davis, an Auburn signee last year at Hargrave Military Academy, plans to announce his commitment today at 10:45 with the rest of his Hargrave teammates. He is looking at Tennessee, Ole Miss, and Auburn and we are hearing he should stick with his original commitment of Auburn. -- Miller Safrit

6:53am EST: Welcome to signing day 2008, and the first letters of intent will start being faxed in about seven minutes across the country. Best of luck with the big day! -- Miller Safrit
