The Class of 2009 quarterback class in the Land of Lincoln is a deep one and the best of the best is arguably Jon Budmayr. The 6-foot-1, 194-pounder from Marian Central Catholic in Woodstock received two Big Ten offers prior to his junior season and more offers are starting to roll in.
