SEATTLE - The Scout.com Northwest Hot 100 can now be put to bed for the class of 2008. Spanning five states and one province, there are 27 schools represented, from BCS conferences all the way down to NAIA Division-1. The top-20 didn't change much, but there was a new entry into the top-25, and the Oregon State Beavers had the two biggest risers in the group.

Keynan Parker
, a 6-foot, 183-pound athlete from St. Thomas More in Burnaby, British Columbia, is the biggest riser in the final rankings, jumping to No. 24 on the list. Parker - who has signed with
Oregon State
- has top-end speed, and will be a bigger version of
James Rodgers
for the Beavers. Another Beaver signee, Kahuku (Hawai'i) OG/DT
Anthony Siilata
, moved up to No. 58. Just three spots below, Federal Way (Wash.) Todd Beamer DT
Evan Cook
moved his way onto the list due to his strong senior showing, as well as strong looks from defensive-minded coaches like
Fresno State
's Pat Hill.
Three Oregonians moved their way onto the final rankings. Hood River's
Adam Coerper
(
Washington State
), Westview's
Demetri Enesi
(Weber State) and Sisters record-setting RB
Cory McCaffrey
(Portland State) all found their way into the mix.
Wahiawa (Hawai'i) Leilehua parlayed a state championship into two of their linebackers earning scholarship offers. Art Laurel (Hawai'i) ended up No. 73 in the rankings, while Idaho-bound Robert Siavii ended up at No. 91.
Mukilteo (Wash.) Kamiak Tight End
Skylar Stormo
(
Washington
State) and Milwaukie, Ore. OL
Jon Opperud
(Montana) also moved back on the list.
