Bryce McNeal of The Breck School in Minneapolis, MN already has a handful of offers. This week, the talented athlete received one more with word that several more could be coming. Already with several offers in hand, Minneapolis Breck WR Bryce McNeal added to his collection this week. "Connecticut offered," he told Scout.com, "they called my coach and then e-mailed me." The Huskies joined Colorado, Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska as programs who have extended an offer to the standout wide receiver. Those four will have a battle on their hands though as several more schools have jumped into the mix for the 6'1, 186-lb playmaker. "I've been getting mail from Florida, Southern Cal, LSU and Auburn," he reported, "Florida's been sending mail for awhile now and USC said I was one of the top wide receivers in the nation in my class and wanted me to send more tape so they could evaluate it, the same with LSU and Auburn." Just like that, McNeal's recruitment has gone national and now he has numerous opportunities to leave Minnesota, but is distance away from home a problem? "I'm considering all of them," he stated, "I'm keeping all my doors open." He also reports interest from Oregon, Miami-Fl, Clemson, Michigan State, Illinois and a recent in-school visit from Wisconsin. He also says a Boston College offer appears imminent and that he is already making plans for unofficial visits. "I'm going to check out UConn and Louisville," he said, "but those are the only two I've set up so far." |
