Davis Seeing Green
Knile Davis Profile "I have six offers now," said Knile. "I have been offered by TCU, Missouri, Mississippi State, Central Florida, (Texas) A&M and U of H (Houston)." National signing day has makes for a big event at Marshall High School. There are always plenty of chairs on each side of the podium. "We always seem to have about four players signing D1," said Davis. "This year we should have several. We'll at least have four, but probably more." The talented running back may be the pick of the proverbial litter this year in Missouri City. Knile has a very simple philosphy when it comes to running the football. "I hit the hole hard and then I just start looking for colors," said Davis. "If I see the wrong color jersey I just keep moving. I keep moving until I see nothing but green in front of me." Knile is not planning an early decision and is content to let the recruiting process run it's course. When decision time comes, Davis will be basing his decision largely on relationships. "I am going to look really hard at the other players," said Knile. "I am going to look at the coaches and see how I get along with them. I just want to find a place where I feel comfortable. I want to go somewhere that I am really wanted." Davis has plans to attend Junior days at TCU and LSU in the coming weeks.
