Pawling (N.Y.) Trinity-Pawling linebacker Shayne Skov didn't waste any time in his recruitment, committing to Stanford in September of his junior year, the very weekend he received an official offer from the Cardinal.

Secure with his commitment in place, Skov went out and had a big junior season, catching 35 passes for 550 yards and four touchdowns and racking up 38 tackles and four interceptions.

Skov earned First Team All-New England honors for his efforts.

Currently, the Cardinal commitment is at 6-3, 231 pounds and is wrestling for Trinity-Pawling.
