Brooklyn, N.Y. defensive end Andre Civil turned heads in San Antonio at the All-American Combine in January.  Now Civil is starting to see some of the fruits of his labor.  One thing is for sure, it’s a good time for Rutgers and Connecticut to be programs on the rise.
