ScoutTV is proud to present highlights of Levi Levasa, a 6-foot, 185-pound quarterback from Tualatin, Ore. Levasa is light on his feet and has a really strong arm that he uses to his advantage. He threw for nearly 2100 yards and accounted for 20 touchdowns in 2007 for Tualatin. He led Tualatin, unranked during the season, to a berth in the Oregon 6A title game.
