Priot to the arrival of Lou Cerro at Montour the Spartans were the laughing stock of the WPIAL AAA ranks, but not anymore. One of the big reasons why Montour advanced to the conference title game was E.J. Banks. The Spartans lost to Thomas Jefferson, but no one is laughing now.
