San Diego (Calif.) Cathedral Catholic running back Tyler Gaffney (6-1, 215), who already boasts offers from Stanford and UCLA, and visited Notre Dame for Junior Day last weekend, is coming off a strong junior season.

Gaffney rushed for over 1,400 yards and 20 touchdowns and helped Cathedral Catholic to the CIF-San Diego Section title.
