Sam Pour has the ability to play cornerback on the division one level. He has nice speed and will come up and make some nice tackles in run support. In this feature we take a look at Pour in highlights from his junior season.

As a youngster in Gana, Africa, Sam Pour, a 6-foot-0, 185-pound defensive back from Rose Hill High in Kansas City, Mo., thought he was going to be a soccer star.

Now that he is receiving strong interest from schools like Kansas State, Nebraska, Connecticut, Missouri, and Kansas he is glad that he started playing football.

Pour reports that he compiled three interceptions and one interception return for a touchdown as a junior in 2007. He also now bench presses an impressive 320 pounds and squats 500.
