ScoutTV: Skillens Has the Skills

Justin Skillens put his name on the radar of college coaches and college scouts when he was able to shut down Oklahoma's top ranked player Jameel Owens in a game last Fall. In this feature we take a look at Skillen's junior highlights, which helped secure his spot in the Midland Top 75 (40).

Justin Skillens, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound cornerback from Washington High in Tulsa, Okla. holds an offer from Tulsa and is receiving strong interest from schools like Arkansas and Oklahoma State.

Skillens, who is a member of the National Honor Society, racked up 42 tackles and six interceptions (three returned for touchdowns) as a junior in 2007.
