Skyline (Wash.) quarterback Jake Heaps will be one of the elite quarterbacks recruited in the class of 2010, and he already boasts verbal offers from BYU and Washington.

The sophomore is coming off a memorable season, in which he led the Spartans to an unbeaten record and the Washington State 3A title.

Heaps led his Washington team to the finals of the Badger/New Level Passing Tournament this weekend in Las Vegas and we spoke with him about his recruitment, his sophomore year and more.
